In Cuba this year members of FELEM (Spanish MS Society) and MS Cuba met to celebrate the twinning of their societies. Margarita Ruiz, president of MS Cuba and Josep Maria Perello, treasurer of FELEM met together along with other members of MS Cuba on the 5th May to celebrate the twinning, and to discuss new developments in the treatment of MS. During the meeting which took place in Havana, World MS Day films and a FELEM film “Vivir con Esclerosis Multiple” (Living with MS) was played and there was also live entertainment from Comedian Omar Franco.
