With only two weeks left until World MS Day 2012, we are excited about this year’s events, ranging from fashion shows to chess tournaments, will make the day even more of an international success. Besides events, this year, for World MS Day we want the world to see and know the people who live with MS – in other words, many of you! So, we came up with a virtual postcard wall where you can show everyone who you are and what living with MS means to you. Its time: World MS Day 2012

Global greetings from London. With four weeks to go until World MS Day 2012, it’s time to get ready for this year’s theme ‘Living with MS’. We at the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation (MSIF) want you all to get involved!

Share your experiences of ‘Living with MS’ on the World MS Day (WMSD) website. Interact with others and design, write and post your own interactive digital-postcard to become one of the ‘1000 faces of MS’. Read postcards by other people with MS and meet the ‘1000 faces of MS’ worldwide. Don’t be shy, it’s time to express yourself and challenge others.

Do you think your friends or followers can handle the ‘The Puzzle’? ‘The Puzzle’ is the first of three WMSD 2012 riddles. ‘The Puzzle’ is a YouTube video challenge which you can post on your personal social network pages. Share the video on your Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Let’s see how many people you know can work out the riddle below.

What shall I write about on my digital postcard?
If you need some ideas on what to write about on your digial-postcard why not write about:

• What you’re doing for World MS Day 2012
• Challenges you have faced or overcome
• Healthcare/facilities
• Legal issues
• Issues with money
• Your hobbies or interests (Leisure, Activities etc)
• Friends, family & loved ones
• Your photo (tell us why/how you took it)
• Give a shout out to your town or city on the global map

The main thing is that you represent where you’re from and what is on your mind. Your contribution will make WMSD 2012 an amazing event. Over the next three weeks we will publish three more video links for you to share with your friends and followers.
