Posted on May 25th, 2011

On 20 May the Egyptian MS Care Society celebrated World MS Day (WMSD) and the Society’s first MS Day. Some 200 people with MS, their families, friends, volunteers and, in keeping with the WMSD theme of work, employers attended a full day of activities at the Canadian International College in Cairo. The exposition has been set up to show that a diagnosis of MS does not necessarily stop people from doing the things they love. All of the artwork is for sale and visitors can also order items to be made. 10% of the profits will go toward building a National MS Centre, which will support the 8400 people living with MS in Slovakia. Some of the artists involved include…
